We make our own pickles, our own preserved lemons and our own chermoula. We buy fresh fish from local fishmongers and our meat is sourced locally from the Yorkshire Dales meat company. We also source our chicken locally, directly from Nidderdale poultry farm. We make our own Merguez sausages every day and our Halloum (Yorkshire squeaky cheese) is made by the Dama Company in Huddersfield. Our hummus and our own falafel is all homemade too, and the menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our vegetables come from a local supplier and our sourdough bread is made by the Haxby Bakehouse.
We work with House of Townend family wine merchants and are very proud of our hand picked wine list. The team will be happy to help you perfectly pair a bottle with your meal.
Our beer is made by Brew York, and recently the team there were even kind enough to design our very own branded Los Moros Pale Ale and Lager cans! Our soft drinks are from ethical drinks company Karma Cola, and are all Fairtrade and organic.
Our loose leaf tea range is carefully chosen for us by the Hebden Tea Company situated in the Shambles. After sampling dozens of single espressos, it was without hesitation that we chose Limini Coffee which is a small coffee bean supplier and roaster based in Bradford.
