We make our own pickles, our own preserved lemons and our own chermoula. We buy fresh fish from local fishmongers and meat from M&K Butchers on Bishopthorpe Road. We make our own merguez sausages every day and our halloumi is made by the Yorkshire Dama Company in Huddersfield. Our hummus and our own falafel is all homemade too, and the menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our vegetables come from a local supplier and our bread is made by the Bluebird Bakery in York.
We work with House of Townend family wine merchants and our beer is made by Brew York. Our soft drinks are fromethical drinks company Karma Cola, and are all Fairtrade and organic.
